UTICA -- Prosecutors have charged a 14-year-old boy with making false sex-abuse claims against a retired priest.
Oneida County District Attorney Michael Arcuri said Friday that the boy came forward about two weeks ago and reported that he recently had been molested by Monsignor H. Charles Sewall.
